‘Home’: Still Gets The Same Quality Level of An Animated Movie
After the release of the trailer for “The Penguins of Madagascar” on its November 2015 movie, now comes the first glance of the movie “Home”. This is a 3D film that features the voices of famous Hollywood stars; Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Jim Parsons, and Steve Martin. This aliens-hiding-on-earth tale will be released on March 27, 2015. The movie was directed by Tim Johnson and it was based on the novel “The True Meaning of Smekday”, by Adam Rex.
“Home” tells about the story of Tip (Rihanna’s voice). She was a teenager who has crossed her paths with Oh (Jim Parsons), who was a part of Boov alien race. From the movie’s assortment Oh has earned his name being the perpetual irritation to everyone.
It was cited on Toon Zone.that the movie's trailer “Home” focuses on a buddy duo from different planets. The core of the story resembles from the movie “How to Train Your Dragon” while the animation and human style was from the movie “The Croods” as it has a lively and original tendencies of animation studios.
It was cited on Franchise Herald that the plot of the 4-minute film was set when the Earth was took over by Boov. It was an alien race run by Captain Smek who was searching for a home. As a result, the aliens started to transfer the human race while all were busy restructuring the planet. While on the run, she finds Oh whom was notified accidentally by the enemies. Both realized that there is more at stake than relations as they go beyond their lifetime road trip.
Rex’s novel was modified by Matt Ember and Tom J. Astle, the movie’s screenwriters. Based on the footage and credentials unveiled, “Home” will not probably reach the top as DreamWork’s best movies in the past (“How to Train Your Dragon” and “Kung Fu panda”). However, it could reach the same quality level of an animated movie feature such as “The Croods”.
This is another animated movie from the 20th Century Fox that was produced by DreamWorks that will soon be watched on theaters on March 2015.
“Home” is also available on HD release.
