HTC One Android 4.4.3 Update is finally rolling out to users from all across the globe, with the HTC One M8 and M7, getting most of the attention. The latest update from Gotta Be Mobile offers a much powerful performance, better UI, and other new improvements to existing features with extreme power saving.
The update weighs in at around 600MB in size, so using Wi-Fi would be the smart way to complete the update. On top of several enhancements, it also contains a handful of bug fixes, so users can get a much smoother, faster, and lag-free mobile experience.
The Extreme power saving mode is definitely one of the features that has caught the attention of many users. This feature will set your phone in a low-power state, so user can save more power. This is also quite helpful when it comes to emergencies.
Furthermore, the update also includes security patches, including the OpenSSL and FakeID, which are also released in Android 4.4.4 update.
For camera aficionados out there, they will surely appreciate the HTC’s camera app and gallery even more with their new enhancements, without mentioning the camera focus in HDR and regular modes fixes. The camera app is now more stable and user-friendly, so user would no longer need to worry about camera app force closure issue.
Flash notifications, on the other hand allows to set into “always” or “when screen is off”. Messages, alarms, voice mail, missed call, and calendar are just some of the stuff that you can get flash notifications on.
There are also other performance optimizations when it comes to connectivity. Bluetooth connects faster and much easier, mobile network is also pretty speedy to lock onto mobile data, and Wi-Fi auto connect bugs are also fixed.
Tech Radar cited some updates for settings, BoomSound, Motion Launch, as well as Quick settings are also observed. The HTC One Android 4.4.3 update can be downloaded either from the notification or through checking for updates from the settings screen.
