Frozen 2 News, Reviews and Teasers: Disney Cautious about Sequel while Starting Production on Original Franchise Animation

 CEO of Disney, Bob Iger has maintained the company is not rushing into making the second movie. Apparently, they do not want to disappoint the fans who watched the 2013 release. In an interview, Iger claimed, "In order to make the perfect movie sequel, the filmmakers have to write the perfect follow-up story for it. Otherwise, Frozen won't be as good anymore and that would surely disappoint everyone." In short, you cannot force a golden goose to lay a new egg. He also said trying to create a sequel to the movie would be so difficult and if it does not live up to the creator's expectations then they could possibly damage the perception of the first movie.

As such, there have been a lot of sequel flops in Hollywood, and when it comes to these movies; there are many fans that simply pretend they do not exist. Since Disney does not want that to happen Frozen, there are going to be other spin-off projects which are related to the movie.  Apparently, Disney is in talks about production for another movie which many people are saying has the potential to be a Frozen 2 in terms of financial success. Disney's next animated movie is going to be Moana and ill include one of the company's first Polynesian princesses. The movie will involve a girl named Moana and talk about her journey as she sails across the ocean to search for a mystical island.

The critics claim this is going to be a very big hit because it has all of the same elements that Frozen did, however, the story and the characters in this instance have been slightly changed of course. Moana will still have a Disney princess; it is being directed by two famous Disney directors and has a female centric story as well as a lot of people who are praising the art angle.
