Apple iPod Touch 6th Generation Release Date 2014: Exclusive Information

Apple iPod Touch 6th Generation Release Date 2014: Exclusive Information
When it comes to revolutionizing technology and presenting in the best commercial form, Apple is second to none. Over the last few years, Steve Jobs' dream of becoming the number one brand has materialized. To get an idea of Apple's success, one only need to look at its available cash inflow, which exceeds even that of the US treasury.
In this success, iPod has proved to be one of the most crucial gadgets, but now it seems that it's heading towards a complete failure. Over the last eight financial quarters, iPod sales have dropped considerably and that's why iPod Classic was discontinued recently. However, does this mean that Apple would no longer develope a new gadget devoted entirely for entertainment?
Many experts believe that this would be the right time to revive the iPod Touch 6. This is also precisely why Apple does not want to hurry into its release in 2014. Although this would have been the apt time for a release, market analysts believe that Apple will let the success of iPhone 6 and later iWatch settle, and then release iPod 6 Generation somewhere in the March-June 2015.
Actually, Apple is keen to come up with an innovative iPod series built on the principles of iPhone 6. Bigger screens, possibly in two variants, along with NFC chip for Apple Pay is possibly the only way to revive iPods in the industry. Of course, with the introduction of iOS 8.1, users can now think more in terms of music, i.e. finding out what songs are being played, remixing them, and doing a lot more. Moreover, Apple will also like to increase the storage space to up to 128 GB making it easier to store both music and videos with the release of new iPod Touch 6 Gen.
Talking of the price, it will most likely be released at the same price for iPod 5 Touch, but of course the value of previous model will go down as the new one is released. If you are keen on purchasing a new iPod, you have to wait because you are not getting one in the holiday season. With what Apple has in store for the iPod fans, the 6th generation Ipod just might be worth the wait, anyway.
