Lee Greenwood Will Appear on the Christian Network TBN

On Thursday, June 18 at 9 p.m. CT / 7 p.m. PT, country music veteran Lee Greenwood will make an appearance on the world's largest Christian network, TBN. Greenwood will join host Jason Crabb as well as other celebrity guests like Aaron Tippin, Jaime Slocum, Kirk Whalum, Karen Jensen Salisbury and Tammy Trent from Nashville on TBN's award-winning show, Praise The Lord.
Greenwood will perform his anthem, "God Bless The U.S.A," and sovereign hymn, "He Would Be King," while also sharing heartwarming stories about his faith, family and what can be expected from his new patriotic children's book, Proud To Be An American, just in time for Father's Day and Fourth of July.
Known nationally for his conservative political viewpoints and wholesome country music songs, Greenwood takes to Praise The Lord to unveil his hopes for future generations of the United States. Viewpoints which are so passionate, that they have fueled his penning of a fully-illustrated, hardback flag-waving children's book, Proud To Be An American, which was released to stores last month.
The book, which celebrates a No. 1 debut on three different Amazon children's book charts, serves to instill American pride among our nation's youth with the lyrics of Greenwood's iconic song "God Bless The U.S.A," juxtaposed with colorful pictures of our nation's iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, The Capitol Building, and Arlington Cemetery. It also includes educational pictures of military servicemen and women, the American flag, fireworks and even a two-page map of the United States.
