ROBERT E. PERSON Releases Inspirational Jazz Single "Come Sunday" Featuring Pianist Allyn Johnson

inspirational jazz vocalist Robert E. Person is releasing an Inspirational Jazz single "COME SUNDAY" from his fourth indie album LOVE DIVINE. Robert's remake of "COME SUNDAY", the classic Duke Ellington spiritual movement of his extended piece "Black, Brown & Beige", features Allyn Johnson on piano.
LOVE DIVINE is a magnificently orchestrated and divinely written project that also includes a special remake of the hit "I Really Love You", written by one of Gospel music's favorite songwriters Dr. Norman Hutchins, and Robert's first Gospel radio single "Testify" written by Ayesha Daniels. Robert adds another duet to this collection with former Richard Smallwood singer Dottie Jones on the Broadway musical hit "Somewhere".
LOVE DIVINE is arranged and produced by Robert and extraordinary Jazz pianist and friend Allyn Johnson. Robert has garnered a number of accolades for his vocal and musical prowess: The Gospel Blue M.I.C. Achievement Award - Artist of The Year, The Newsome Music Award - Male Vocalist of The Year and The DMV Christian Music Award for Gospel Jazz Artist of the Year.
Robert has recently been nominated for a 2015 Outstanding Emerging Artist for The 30th Annual Mayor's Arts Awards in Washington, DC. The Mayor's Arts Awards are the most prestigious honors conferred by the city on individual artists, teachers, nonprofit organizations and patrons of the arts.
