Deraj Premieres New Single ‘Watching’ Featuring Canon And Aaron Cole On Rapzilla

Anyone who has ever felt overlooked for their hard work will appreciate Deraj's new single, "Watching," featuring his Reflection Music Group labelmate Canon and Aaron Cole. The song premieres on Rapzilla and is available for purchase at online retailers.
The high-energy track produced by Derek Minor reminds listeners not to seek the approval of man. "Although we work hard and strive for greatness, at times it feels our best efforts can go unnoticed," Deraj explains about the song's message. "One thing we can be sure of is that God's validation is all we need."
Deraj, Canon, and Aaron Cole address the theme in their lyrics. "Watching" is the follow up to Deraj's singles "Way Up" and "Sometimes." His anticipated third EP is due late summer.
Deraj made his debut in 2014 with Mirrors & Medicine - EP. In 2016, he released the follow up, For the People, a collaboration with B. Cooper, as well as singles "Know That's Me" feat. KVNG and "Sometimes" feat. Adrian Stresow. Deraj's music has also been featured on national media outlets such as NBC's America's Got Talent, footwear retailer Journeys, as well as major sporting events including NCAA, NBA Finals, NFL and ESPN's First Take. He also performs and does public speaking nationally.
