Jesse Pruett's 'Beautiful' Is Featured in New DVD Version of 'Pinocchio'

"Beautiful," the new song by multi-focused worship leader, recording artist and actor Jesse Pruett, is featured prominently in Lionsgate Entertainment's DVD of the delightful, newly reimagined animated family film,Pinocchio, which releases to online and brick-and-mortar retailers today, April 10, 2018. "Beautiful," from Pruett's recently released CD, The Journey, is also featured on thePinocchio trailer and soundtrack.
"It is an honor to have 'Beautiful' in Pinocchio, and I am super grateful," says Pruett. "This is a classic movie for the whole family. My hope is that all who hear the song will know that they are beautiful, that God loves them, that they are not alone and there is always hope."
Pruett is no stranger to the film industry. The multi-tasking worship leader, recording artist, composer and actor has appeared in more than 20 films alongside such established actors as Robert De Niro, Sylvester Stallone, Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson, Liam Hemsworth, and John Cusack, as well as six film roles opposite superstar Bruce Willis, and is also active behind the camera in the realm of film scoring. He has scored two films, and currently has music credits on 30+ film and television projects.
Pinocchio has earned the Dove Seal of Approval from the Dove Foundation, which calls it a "wonderful family film." Featuring the voice talents of Johnny Orlando (Wishenpoof, Bunyan & Babe, Super Why!), Ambyr Childers (Aquarius, Ray Donovan), and Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite, Blades of Glory), Pinocchio, is rated PG (Parental Guidance Suggested). With a suggested retail price of $14.98, it is available from retail outlets including Walmart, and fans can also access the film via digital download and Video on Demand from industry leaders such as iTunes, Vudu and DirecTV.
Reimagined for a new generation and bursting with songs, color, laughter, and thrills, this witty, wondrous version of the classic family adventure includes new chapters never before seen on the screen. Carved by a lonely woodcutter, the playful Pinocchio is eager be good and become a real boy, but like a real boy he often becomes distracted from his quest, which leads to a multitude of trials and adventures.
