Paris Hilton New Album 2014, Single 'Come Alive' Released, Listen Here (VIDEO)
Paris Hilton is working on her sophomore album and has released her latest single "Come Alive" to the public. You can listen to the full song above.
The "Come Alive" dance track was written and produced by Rondell Cobbs, Michael Puerari, and Chris Richardson. The track will serve as the latest single off her upcoming sophomore album, which is scheduled to be release later this year via Young Money Records. Still no official release date has been announced for the new album. her follow up Paris in 2006.
Hilton described the new song as "so much fun" and "very dance, very house" in an October interview with VH1. Hilton released the single "Good Time" featuring Lil Wayne in 2013 as well.
Hilton founded Heiress Records, a sub-label of Warner Bros. Records, and released her self-titled debut album under the label on August 22, 2006. It peaked at number six on the US Billboard 200, selling 77,000 copies in its first week of release. In the US, the album has sold 197,000 copies to date. Paris also peaked within the top twenty on the album charts in the UK, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland and Canada where it reached number four.
In 2003, Hilton starred in the reality television series The Simple Life alongside Nicole Richie, bringing both ladies into the national and international mainstream. She has since released her autobiography Confessions of an Heiress: A Tongue-in-Chic Peek Behind the Pose (2004), landed a supporting role in the horror film House of Wax (2005), and released her debut studio album Paris (2006). Hilton returned to reality television with Paris Hilton's My New BFF (2008) and its two spin-offs Paris Hilton's British Best Friend (2009) and Paris Hilton's Dubai BFF (2009). She served as a voice actress in the TV movie The Dog Who Saved Christmas Vacation (2010) and appeared in the reality show The World According to Paris (2011). She had a part in Sofia Coppola's independent film The Bling Ring (2013).
