Wyn Starks and Andreas Moss Tap into their Gospel Roots for the Hopeful "Tomorrow"

Wyn Starks and Andreas Moss tap into their Gospel roots with the release of the bright new single "Tomorrow." Written by Moss, Nikal Fieldz, Jared Thorne, and Ronnie Ficcaro, "Tomorrow" speaks of how there's always hope despite our current circumstances.
"'Tomorrow' is about refusing to stay stuck, no matter how bad things look today," says Starks. "You are always looking for better, and that's what 'Tomorrow' represents. It's okay to hurt, to feel emotions, but we can't allow it to keep us in a space where we are stagnant and unable to move forward."
Stacks continues, "I'm so excited and honored to be able to release this song with my longtime friend and brother @theandreasmoss. We have been friends for a long time and have been there through each other's ups and downs so to be able to do this together means the world to me!"
Beginning with upright piano and a finger-snapped groove, "Tomorrow" grows into a bright, buoyant salute to positivity and perseverance. Starks and Moss perform their own verses before tracing one another's voices in acrobatic arcs of harmony, and a gospel choir joins them during the song's second half. The result is a bright song for murky times, with Starks and Moss literally singing the praises of banding together and staying the course.
Raised in Minneapolis, Wyn sang his first solos in church. The soaring power of gospel music took ahold of him at a young age, as did the pop songs and soul classics that he'd listen to at home, hidden from the rest of the world behind his family's couch, headphones pressed to his ears. Wyn began creating music of his own - music that made room for the wide range of his influences while also pushing forward into unexplored territory. Looking for a town whose music community was as diverse as his art, he headed to Nashville, signing a record deal with Curb Records during his first six months in town.
Partnering with producer and co-writer Fred Williams, Wyn introduced his sound to the world with singles like "Circles," "Dancing My Way," and "Sunday Morning." He then teamed up with Josh Bronleewe for 2020's "Split in Two," a song whose modern bounce helped build a bridge between the throwback appeal of Wyn's early work and the progressive punch of his newer releases.
