Housefires Releases "The Place Where I Belong" Ahead of New Album

Housefires is a groundbreaking worship music collective whose music transports listeners into "a visceral and celestial experience" (Forbes). The group announces its new album How To Start A Housefire Part III, due out 11.3 via Capitol CMG / TRIBL Records. It's the third part in the series following January's Part I and April's Part II. Core Housefires artist Davy Flowers leads an enchanting gospel choir on "The Place Where I Belong." She sings of the solace that can be found in the embrace of the creator as the collective proclaims that they've found where they're supposed to be.
"The Place Where I Belong" serves as the opening track for 'How To Start A Housefire Part III.' It sets the tone for a record filled with anthems and ballads that highlight Housefires' ability to spontaneously create an atmosphere in which all people, regardless of background, can come together with the common mission of worship.
How To Start A Housefire Part III was produced by GRAMMY-winning producers Jonathan Jay and Norman Gyamfi. It features collaborations with GRAMMY winner Chandler Moore (Maverick City Music), GRAMMY winner KJ Scriven (Fantasia, Tye Tribbett) and more. Since Housefires' inception in 2014, worship leading, songwriting and collaboration have been re-evaluated and reconstructed to reflect the group's model that embraces a more unfiltered sound and approach to worship from the writing room to the stage. Its songs "Good Good Father," "Build My Life" and others have been played worldwide and are among the most recognizable worship staples.
