Ernie Haase & Signature Sound Perform at the NRB Presidential Forum
GRAMMY® nominated, Dove Award-winning Gospel music luminaries Ernie Haase & Signature Sound delivered a stirring rendition of the national anthem ahead of former President Donald Trump's remarks at last week's NRB Presidential Forum, which was held during the National Religious Broadcasters' International Christian Media Convention in Nashville.
The quartet also shared their popular "America Medley"-featuring "America The Beautiful," "My Country, 'Tis of Thee" and "God Bless America"- and performed a selection of Ernie Haase & Signature Sound favorites, including "Get Away Jordan" and "Oh, What A Savior," as well as their latest single, "We Are The Church," before a capacity crowd of NRB conventioneers at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
"To sing our nation's anthem in a public setting is always a sacred honor, and we were thrilled to be able to do just that at NRB," Haase shares. "As we awaited President Trump's speech that evening, it was also a privilege to have the opportunity to share some favorite songs from our repertoire. I'm thankful for all the new friends we made and all the old friends we were able to see at NRB as well."
The NRB Presidential Forum, sponsored by Salem Media Group, Heritage Action for America and PRAY.COM, included remarks from Dr. Kevin Roberts, president of The Heritage Foundation and Heritage Action for America; and Hugh Hewitt, host of The Hugh Hewitt Show and a professor of law at Chapman University's Fowler School of Law, along with the keynote address from former President Trump.
NRB is a nonpartisan, international association of Christian communicators whose member organizations represent millions of listeners, viewers and readers. The annual NRB International Christian Media Convention is the largest nationally and internationally recognized event dedicated solely to assist those in the field of Christian communications.
