Newsboys Announce New 2-Part Album, Release First Single

NEWSBOYS, the revered Christian music group, are releasing a new studio album in 2024. The album, intentionally released in two parts, contains eighteen tracks; with Part I releasing on July 19, 2024 and Part II on October 18, 2024.
Boasting twelve brand new studio recordings, two previously released digital singles, and two newly recorded versions of classic NEWSBOYS worship tunes, Worldwide Revival is a collection of songs crafted with one mission in mind - to start a worldwide revival.
Lead singer Michael Tait, along with recently added bandmate Adam Agee, co-penned all twelve new songs on the release, including the first digital single, "Heaven On Earth," out now.
"We've been holding onto this song for a while, and we're thrilled to finally share it with the world." says Tait. "Heaven on Earth started as a prayer in the writing room, and turned into an outcry for worldwide revival."
Current band members Michael Tait, Duncan Phillips, Jeff Frankenstein, Jody Davis, and Adam Agee began to assemble the album in late 2022, with the intention of creating a batch of new songs rooted in Biblical truth and driven by prayer.
"With these songs, we found ourselves wanting more than ever to take the time to make sure we felt really confident in the messaging and the meaning behind each and every lyric." says Agee. "Every one of them has been prayed over...intentionally crafted to share the message that we feel called to share right now."
The group announces the new album as they embark on tour, first as part of MercyMe's "Always Only Jesus" Tour, and then on their own run of "Worldwide Revival Nights" throughout 2024. For all the information on where to catch NEWSBOYS, visit www.newsboys.com.
