"Get Him Back for Christmas" Premieres on Great American Family Dec. 14

Great American Media announced the World Premiere of Original holiday film, Get Him Back for Christmas, starring and produced by Carlos PenaVega and Alexa PenaVega, and co-produced by Mario Lopez, Saturday, December 14 (8p ET).
Carlos PenaVega and Alexa PenaVega bring their undeniable chemistry to the screen as the lead characters whose paths cross in the most unexpected ways.The heartwarming movie features The Salvation Army and an all-star supporting cast, including Abbey Romeo, Kevin Valdez, Victoria Jackson, Natasha Bure, and cameo by Mario Lopez. In exclusive scenes filmed inside the iconic AT&T Stadium, Carlos PenaVega sings an original song penned exclusively for the movie, Hey Bella. The film also features a surprise guest appearance by America's sweethearts, the world-renowned Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Get Him Back for Christmas is part of America's beloved holiday program event, Great American Christmas on Great American Family.
Get Him Back for Christmas brings viewers an inspiring story of love, community, and the spirit of giving. In real life, Alexa and Carlos are kindred spirits participating in The Salvation Army's Red Kettle campaign, a cherished holiday tradition, one that speaks to their faith and belief in giving back. In the film, Carlos' character, Jack, works at a local The Salvation Army center.
"We are excited about this film and all the collaborations that made it possible," said Great American Media President & CEO, Bill Abbott. "Carlos and Alexa are incredibly loving, giving, and gifted people, and we are grateful for our creative partnership with them," Abbott concluded. The filming marks Carlos PenaVega's return to AT&T Stadium where he joined his band Big Time Rush in performing the national anthem on Thanksgiving Day in 2011. Carlos PenaVega and Alexa PenaVega are longtime supporters of The Salvation Army and have personally participated in various The Salvation Army initiatives and campaigns, including serving as "bell ringers" as part of the beloved annual Red Kettle campaigns.
Get Him Back for Christmas is a must-see movie event this holiday season, combining romance, community spirit, teamwork, and the magic of the holidays.
