Reach Records Welcomes New Signee, Puerto Rican artist Alexxander

Reach Records, the trailblazing Hip-Hop label founded by GRAMMY-winning artist Lecrae, announces the signing of Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Alexxander. The news was revealed today through a promotional teaser, setting the stage for the release of Alexxander's highly anticipated single, "Tres Deseos." Along with the track, the powerful and visually compelling music video will premiere today, February 7.
Music runs deep in Alexxander's lineage, inspired by the legacy of his grandfather and his father, Luis Santiago, a respected figure in Latin gospel music. Now, with more than 100 compositions, he continues to forge his own path and makes history as the first Spanish-speaking artist on the Reach Records roster.
"I couldn't be more excited to welcome Alexxander to the team. His talent, passion, and heart for the Kingdom bring something fresh and dynamic to the culture. Latin music is shaping the sound of the world, and Alexxander is poised to make a massive impact," shares Lecrae.
Unifying reggaeton with drum & bass, "Tres Deseos" is a message that explores themes of transformation and spiritual renewal. Produced by Enzo, it marks the second release in a series of singles planned for 2025, following January's "Química." The announcement was shared on the Reach Records' social media, reaching their 1.3 million followers.
Alexxander describes the tone of the song as darker, likening it to a fall that mirrors a low point and deep discouragement. He emphasizes that life often feels like a rollercoaster, with our focus drifting toward material things or fleeting desires when, in reality, what we truly need is the presence of God.
"I've been through moments of questioning everything, feeling the need for something or someone. So, 'Tres Deseos' is very personal to me. The three wishes I mention in the song are the ones I truly asked for during the time I wrote it," expresses. "They'd be that God was here, that He would continue His work in me, and that He would make me new-that's what I want."
The official music video, premiering across platforms on release day, unfolds a remarkable metaphorical story. It shows the protagonist surrounded by individuals who seek to harm him. Despite repeated attempts to escape through his own strength and resources, he finds himself brought back into the same place. The narrative builds toward a pivotal realization-that true freedom comes through breaking beyond their reach and stepping into something greater.
In addition to the upcoming release, Alexxander recently participated in the closing concert of a school tour in Guatemala, where he had the opportunity to spread the gospel, inspire, and engage with the next generation. He also completed a press tour in the city, further connecting with local media and listeners. This trip carried special meaning as a powerful return, as his first visit to the country was a few years ago on a missionary trip with Lecrae, where he served and supported survivors of abuse.
