"Everything we need to succeed, to love ourselves, and to fulfill God's vision for our lives is already inside of us," said Tamela. "I encourage you to look at your life, and remember the ups and not just dwell on the downs. You deserve to win, and things can get better even through the rough patches. Don't give up. With God, all things are possible."
This Valentine's Day, Tamela encourages us all to tap into the power within-embracing our identity, walking confidently in God's love, and trusting that we are equipped to win. The song is a celebration of the inner strength and vision that we each carry, empowering us to live out our purpose and love ourselves fully.
The "Deserve To Win" music video is directed by David Mann. The song is the third single from Tamela's album Live Breathe Fight, produced by Tamela, David, Phillip Bryant, and Jevon Hill. It is a collection of many of the most compelling and deeply vulnerable songs of Tamela's decorated career. Penned by Tamela, Bryant and Tameka Mintze aka "Tia Sharee," the debut single "Working for Me" dominated gospel radio as her fastest climbing single to date and earned Tamela a place in Billboard history with her 11th No. 1 hit, more than any other gospel artist.
