TobyMac Debuts at #1 with "Heaven on My Mind"

TobyMac's album Heaven on My Mind debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums chart, marking his seventh album to achieve this position. In its first week (March 7-13, 2025), the album earned 10,000 equivalent album units in the United States, with 7,000 in album sales.
The lead single, "Nothin' Sweeter," reached No. 6 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart and spent nine weeks at No. 1 on the Christian Airplay chart. Meanwhile, the title song "Heaven on My Mind," reached No. 26 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart.
On the personal 12-track collection, the multi-Platinum artist stands at the crossroads of suffering and wonder and finds himself some joy in the brokenness. But it's his questions about eternity that ultimately color Heaven on My Mind.
As he continues on his journey, TobyMac is more resolute in his faith. He's more sure of his calling. And he's more confident in his God than ever before. Heaven on My Mind isn't simply a perspective shift, it's a changing of seasons as a very long winter turns into spring, following 2022's GRAMMY®-nominated, Dove Award-winning LP, LIFE AFTER DEATH, which debuted atop Billboard's Christian Albums chart and notched an impressive five No. 1s.
"Heaven on My Mind is this journey of going from total ashes to crawling to walking to standing up. It was me figuring out how to relate to God again, leading to all these questions, and ultimately something beautiful," Toby reflects. "I have a deeper relationship with God than I've ever had, because I walked through the valley with Him, and I decided I trusted Him."
Heaven On My Mind is available across major music platforms, including Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Spotify.
