SENSERE Releases Long-Awaited Fourth Studio Album

After nearly six years in the making, the award-winning Urban Inspirational Gospel band Sensere proudly announces the release of their fourth studio album, Fred Hammond Presents: Sensere The Soul of Future Worship Vol. 2. Arriving today on all digital platforms via Tribl Records and Wright Sound Music and Entertainment, the project is a bold, soulful, and genre-pushing celebration of God, faith, and sonic evolution.
With the full creative force of founding member James "J Dubb" Wright at the helm of production, this album marks a new chapter in Sensere's already groundbreaking career. Originally formed in Miami, Sensere has carved a distinct niche by blending soul, funk, gospel, and R&B into a sound that is as unmistakably unique as it is spiritually powerful. Their music has inspired audiences nationwide with its authenticity, musicianship, and unapologetic message.
The new album is introduced by the group's first-ever #1 Gospel single, "That's God...lalala," which has become a Summer anthem for believers and music lovers alike. The single's remix, featuring one of gospel's most beloved media personalities, Darlene McCoy, is one of several standout tracks on the album. Also generating early buzz is the band's follow-up single, "After Tonight," set to impact radio in August. With its R&B soul and gospel heart, "After Tonight" is poised to move audiences inside and outside the four walls of the church.
"When I first heard Sensere, I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time-an energy, a hunger, a sound that reminded me of the early days of Commissioned," Fred Hammond says. "It wasn't just the harmonies or the musicianship; it was the heart, the message, the soul behind every note. Sensere represents the kind of bold, unapologetic worship that pushes boundaries while still staying rooted in Gospel. That's why I didn't just want to support them, I wanted to put my name on it. Fred Hammond Presents Sensere: The Soul of Future Worship Vol. 2 is me saying to the world, 'Pay attention-this is where Gospel is headed.' In many ways, this is me passing the torch to a new generation of Kingdom creatives who are ready to carry the sound forward."
Fred Hammond Presents The Soul of Future Worship Vol. 2 lives up to its title with a lineup of dynamic collaborations including gospel legend Fred Hammond, soul innovator Mali Music (featured on the soulful D'Angelo inspired "The Prayer"), powerhouse urban Gospel vocalist Keyondra Lockett, the genre-bending B. Slade. What emerges is a dynamic and soul-stirring body of work that speaks to a generation yearning for hope, healing, and the unwavering love of God.
Other highlight tracks include:
● "God Did It Again" - a testimony of victory wrapped in a groove-laden praise
● "God I Love You" - a declaration of love to the Creator
James "J Dubb" Wright shares, "This album was born out of delay, disappointment, faith, and ultimately, divine timing. It took almost six years to complete, but we believe it was worth every moment. We poured everything into it-our hearts, our sound, our story."
With Vol. 2, Sensere not only honors their rich musical legacy, but boldly steps into a new era of spirit-led innovation and collaboration. From the handprint of Fred Hammond to the soul imprint of Sensere, The Soul of Future Worship Vol. 2 is not just an album...it's an experience.
