GTA 6 PS4 Release Date: Rumored For 2017, Female Protagonist, Possible Settings
GTA 6 may still be in the mind process of its creators and developers from Rockstar Games, but there are lots of speculations going on about its release. Despite having no definite idea on what and how the game's going to look like, Rockstar Games' President Leslie Benzies assures fans that the release of GTA 6 may likely come out in 2017; as well as giving a much welcome teaser that it will be something that fans will find surprising.
In an interview with Develop, Benzies states that the Rockstar crew has a lot of ideas in mind for GTA 6, although nothing is definite about it as of the moment. He adds that their focus for now is the planned GTA online and some other things on their plate; before coming up with something for GTA 6.
In another interview, Rockstar co-founder Dan Houser says that fans can expect some changes in the upcoming GTA 6. As part of their plans for the future of GTA franchise, a change on the setting would come as no surprise; as he discloses that they wouldn't want the game to look similar to what it has been since the first one was released.
Rumors are pointing to some possible new locations for GTA 6; such as Paris, London, Brazil, Las Vegas and even New York. And there's also the possibility of a female protagonist, but that would depend on the setting and situation once a definite plan has been mapped out for GTA 6.
