Hannibal Season 3 Spoilers, Reveals, and Plot Rumors: Rumors of Bedelia and Hannibal as Murder Couple in Third Season Plot
The release date for the third installment of the Hannibal series is supposedly some time in 2015, probably the early parts of the summer. Hannibal, which had a climactic end at the last installment, has stirred a lot of inquiry over what is going to happen now that the truth about Hannibal Lecter has come out. For one, the show runner, Bryan Fuller states that everybody is still alive and will come back for the next season, including Will Graham, Jack Crawford and even Alana Bloom who took a nasty fall last time. Even Frederick Chilton and Abel Gideon as well as Bedelia Du Maurier will make an appearance for the third season.
Apparently fellow psychiatrist and Hannibal's girlfriend, was the last to see the true image of the psychopath, and Dhavernas who plays the role of Bloom believes that she was genuinely blind to the madness and saw him as a mentor and an image of stability. There is a new theory going around about Anderson's character Bedelia, that she might join Hannibal to make a murder couple while he is on the run. As of the present, we still do not know how much she helped Hannibal in his activities because we are sure that she indeed knew and he held that information over her in some way. That would make the case that she was involved with him as a partner from earlier on. It is possible though that Hannibal reeducated her even though she seems a bit competent in her mental abilities.
Show runner Bryan Fuller also claimed there will be a time jump from the climax as the season opens with the first episode. This should instill a bit of suspense into the audience as everyone tries to piece together what happened in between. Apparently, this explanation should come in the fourth episode according to the show creator. According to Fuller, it is not about toping the last season but learning how the characters coped and developing them as damaged goods.
