When the action and comedy of two nutcases, well one nutcase and a stud, combine you know that there is an entertainment feast around. That is precisely why we have loved Bad Boys series so much. Right after the release of the previous installment, we knew that more should be on the way. However, no one could have guessed that it will be coming after a gap of over a decade.

Where did the rumors come from?

Both Jerry Bruckheimer and Martin Lawrence have been pretty interested in the concept, but the rumors got something concrete when Lawrence talked about possibility of the third installment. He talked about how exciting it would be and how Jerry Bruckheimer is working on something.

Later, Jerry Bruckheimer tweeted about how 10 years have passed since Bad Boys 3 and asked Will Smith if he is ready for some more. Although Smith did not come up with a reply, something is definitely cooking.

What is the possible release date and cast?

Bad Boys 3 cast will definitely include Martin Lawrence, but there are rumors that Will Smith is not that interested in the movie for now. He is busy with at least two more movies at the time and has a very busy schedule, from which we do not see filming time for at least a year.

So as far as the Bad Boys 3 release date is concerned, it is not coming to you until 2016. However, if the production and director choose to go without Will Smith, filming can be finished by 2015. However, without the star power, with all respect to Martin, the project will not be that profitable.
