There's a new kind of music variety show coming to RFD TV (billed as Rural America's Most Important Network) called The Music City Show. Starting on November 14th at 8 p.m., the new weekly show will feature top artists from Southern and Country Gospel music like Greater Vision, Legacy Five and The Blackwood Brothers. Comedians Aaron Wilburn and Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame Inductee Tim Lovelace will be regulars, as will featured Bass soloist for the Gaither Homecoming concerts, Gene McDonald, positive cowboy Jim Sheldon and Nashville’s own Blue Jean Band. A special guest host will delight fans each week.
Featured artists will spend time sharing their testimonies and telling funny stories that you've never heard before and there will be plenty of great live music. The "Letters From Near and Far" segment, a humorous question and answer comedy segment, will have you in stitches and when positive cowboy Jim Sheldon performs favored classic country hymns, you'll be on your knees.
Faith meets fun on this new family show and we all benefit.
