Hilary Duff new album release news: Pushed back to October; Album was her response to her Crumbling Marriage
Those who have been waiting for Hilary Duff's new album might have to wait a bit longer - until October that is. The 26-year old, former Disney starlet-turned-singer and mother of one recently announced that her upcoming comeback album has been pushed back until October.
She tweeted to her 4.5 million followers, "Guys hate to break this news, but the album won't be out in October. You will have to wait a few more months. Love all the excitement tho."
Fans had been expecting the release of her comeback album, which has yet to be named, for months now however until that happens fans are by far preoccupied with Hilary's ongoing campaign for her recently released single 'All about you'. In terms of explanation for the delay, Duff's camp has yet to release a statement.
Duff has been working on the album since January ever since her separation with hubby, Mike Comrie, wherein the event had made quite an impact in the early stages of the album. She further shares that, "In the beginning, the album was a lot heavier and a lot darker, because I had to get that out. Once I did get that out, a lot of fun came." However, Duff did share one track that would be in the album which was "If I Fall" stating that the song shares her life in retrospect and the possibility of her dropping out of business and watching everyone around her react.
The last full album that Hilary Duff had released was Dignity in 2007, which was seven years ago.
