'Sinister 2' movie release date is out. As per sources, the horror film will be released on August 21, 2015. It All the fans who were curious to know the update on their favorite Sinister movie, this could be the best news for all to cheer up with excitement. Yes, 'Sinister 2' is coming soon.

Sinister was originally released in 2012 and was a big hit nationwide grossing over $82 millions worldwide. This has definitely prompted the producers to come up with another flick without losing much time thinking about it.

Reviewer Garry McConnachie of Scotland's Daily Record rated the film 4 of 5 stars, saying, "This is how Hollywood horror should be done... Sinister covers all its bases with aplomb." as seen on Wikipedia. Fans have many hopes from the upcoming film and believe it will be again a box office hit this time too.

Even plot and cast of the Sinister 2 is unveiled. As per Deadline, Shannyn Sossamon will act as a lead character for the sequel. She will be enacting as mother who moves to the haunted home with her twin sons. The plot is rumored to be displaying numerous serial murders connected to the original movie. We can expect a new twists and turns. Some blurry images are leaked on Instagram from the sets in Chicago as per some sources.

'Sinister 2' will be brought to life by Ciaran Foy. The story is scripted by Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill. Blumhouse is producing with Jason Blum and Derrickson, financially promoted by eOne. It is the third horror franchise of Blumhouse for Universal to distribute. Focus Features has grabbed the rights to release nationwide in U.S. with a launch date of August 21, 2015.
