Our favorite band of 'geeks-slash-nerds' are back! Yes, CBS' popular nerd show, The Big Bang Theory, is back and expect a whole lot of laughs and fun in the upcoming season.

Seeing that The Big Bang Theory season 8's premiere is coming up fast, in fact it's on September 22, fans are wondering if there are any spoilers at all for the new season.

We look no further as we present you some recent Big Bang Theory season 8 spoilers.

Those who are wondering if Sheldon Cooper (played by Jim Parsons) and Amy Farrah Fowler (played by Mayim Bialik) will ever be getting back together this season, you'll be delighted to know that they will still be together. Executive producer, Steve Molaro, shares that Sheldon didn't board the train from last season and will be staying to continue on his relationship with his lady-love. But that's not all that's in store for this two - it would seem that they will also be moving forward with their relationship this season 8. Do we smell wedding bells here now that they're beyond the holding hands phase?

If Sheldon and Amy will be moving forward with their lives, then their friends won't be far behind. Another Big Bang Theory season 8 spoiler that's been floating about are pictures of Penny, played by Kaley Cuoco, having short hair. According to an article from Movie Pilot, it would seem that season 8 would feature Penny having "major life changes" especially when she finally gave up her dream of being an actress to be a pharmaceutical representative for Bernadette's company. Also, Chuck Lorre, creator of the series, added that their engagement (Penny and Leonard) will be safe this season.

The Big Bang Theory Season 8's one-hour premier will start on September 22, 2014 and will be back on its original Thursday timeslot by October 30.
