Winds of Winter News: The Long Wait Is Not Finally Over Yet
George R.R. Martin, the author of "A Song of Ice and Fire" has been mum about the release of the next series entitled "Winds of Winter". One of the reasons why Martin declines to provide the release date is because he himself does not know when he will finish the book. Moreover, the long wait is due to his working schedule and gruelling writing strategies. According to the renowned author, he is still doing the same thing for over 4 decades now: utilizing a DOS computer in writing his books.
Martin revealed in public readings that some of his characters namely Sansa, Arya, Bran, Brienne, Jon Snow, Arianne, Jaime, Theon Victarion and Damphair are still on the chapters of "Winds of Winter." Tyrion is his most favorite of all.
He also added that this book won't be the last. It will then be followed by a new book entitled "A Dream of Spring"; which will be the final book on the series.
Last January 2014, Martin's publisher tweeted that "Winds of Winter" would not be published before the year 2015. A book analyst on the author's writing speed has made to a conclusion that the book will be launched between 2015 and 2017.
The public as well as book fanatics should have to wait for the release date. Surely, the long wait will be worthwhile.
