'Avengers 2: Age of Ultron': Plot Lines and Characters
Probably the most anticipated movie today is the "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron." The movie is written and directed by Josh Weadon and produced by Kevin Feige. It is based on the hit Marvel comic book series "The Avengers". The movie is set to run May 1, 2015.
The first movie showcased a team of superheroes: Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth; Captain America, by Chris Evans; Black Widow, portrayed by Scarlet Johansson; Iron Man, played by Robert Downey Jr.; Hawkeye, portrayed by Jeremy Renner. Lastly, Hulk who is being played by Mark Rufalo.
In the "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron", we will see the team reunite to save mankind from utter destruction. Newcomers will be joining the "Avengers" to beef up the heroes' lineup. They will be joined by Scarlet Witch, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Quicksilver, portrayed by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. But the most anticipated addition to the team will have to be The Vision. He will be played by Paul Bettany who gives voice to J.A.R.V.I.S, the AI assistant of the Iron Man.
This is not a co-incidence as it plays well into the story. It appears that Tony Stark gave JARVIS a body so as it could lend a hand in fighting Ultron, another machine built by Stark which went rouge. Ultron was supposed to be programmed to build an army of sentient who will fight in behalf of the Avengers. But it did not work out just as planned since Ultron developed a thirsts to see all man annihilated.
The "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" will usher in the third phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As is customary among Marvel superhero movies, a final clip at the end of the movie would give fans the idea of what to expect next. It has been reported that the ending scene from this movie will show Captain America assembling a new team, composed of familiar faces and new ones. As early as now, people are already speculating as to who will be in that superhero list. The most recurring names in all these talks are Captain Marvel and Miss Marvel. That is just interesting.
