Trip Lee's "Rise" Available for Pre-Order Now

Christian Hip Hop/Rap artist Trip Lee will be releasing his much anticipated album :Rise" on October 27. Now, you can can pre-order the album via iTunes ®, Amazon and Reach Records starting today to ensure they are some of the first to get their copy. Upon the advanced purchase, music goers will receive an instant free download of his first single "Shweet" and his yet-to-be released second single "Sweet Victory."
The fifth full-length album was produced by long friend and Grammy award winning producer Gawvi (Lecrae, Andy Mineo), Rise is a call-to-action for fans to experience and live life to the fullest, while still honoring their faith and beliefs. The album will also feature label mates Lecrae and Andy Mineo as well as soul singer Leah Smith.
"So many rappers talk about themselves and how amazing they are," explains Trip about "Shweet". What if when I brag, I'm not talking about me, but I use everything in my life to point to God and honor Him? That was the idea. I point to how great He is."
The artist's next single, "Sweet Victory" confronts his struggle with chronic fatigue syndrome in the lyrics and offers up encouragement.
"Things may look bad, but I always know it's going to end with a victory," he says. "That's what life is like. There are a lot of ups and downs. It might look like I'm losing, but I always have hope. That song is very close to my heart."
