iPhone 6 Latest News: Apple says bent iPhones are rare
The newly launched iPhone 6 from tech giant Apple has been accused of getting bent and this complain has been confirmed by Apple. One of the most anticipated smartphone has disappointed some of its users for the bending issue. The company has responded to the claims and has accepted that some of the handsets are prone to bent but this is a pretty rare issue.
Complains have been made on Apple's forum and media outlets where a number of users mentioned that iPhone 6 gets misshaped while carrying it without any case. Even if the phone is in normal use it is getting bent without any reason.
Apple has confirmed that total nine customers has claimed that their handsets are getting bent without any reason. In response the company said that the iPhone 6 has anodised aluminum shell, which is specially known to have extra strength to provide high temper. The whole body is designed by stainless steel and titanium parts to make sure the handsets can bear huge stresses or pressure. So according to Apple bending might happen in terms of rough use but it is not possible under normal use of the handsets. This Thursday in a statement Apple confirmed that iPhone 6 bending issue is extremely rare case and the global media news made the issue even greater than it is.
The company also assured customers that it is not proper that every iPhone 6 will eventually get bend. Miss happened cases occurred might be because of faulty products. Apple has assured that the company will run several tests for making sure iPhone 6 model passes the 3-point bending test and until it passes the test they will continue to develop the necessary design changes to provide fault free handsets. Also they will run tests for pressure points cycling, torsion and durability of the handsets to provide customer satisfaction. Immediate reaction was expected for the defense of this problem and Apple has come with answer. Now the question is will Apple be able to meet the customer satisfaction again.
Nothing is going good for the company now since recently the company had to troll out the latest is v8.0.1 just after releasing it. Good days might come soon for the company since light comes when the after dark disappears.
