The waiting is over! "Vampire Diaries," the hit supernatural thriller is back on its new season on the CW. The first episode of the season 6 picked up after four months since its season 5 finale. The forthcoming season features another jaw dropping episodes that fans will surely wait to see. Here are some spoiler roundups that will give a hint on what's going to take place.

'The Vampire Diaries' season 6 is concentrated on Elena (Nina Dobrev), a sophomore student in Whitmore College who will do everything in her way to deal with her heartache due to the loss of Damon (Ian Somerhalder).

Caroline (Candice Accola) will be more focused on revoking the anti-magic spell cast over Mystic Falls

Nina Dobrev told Entertainment Weekly (EW) that there will be a little fast-foreword that will be happening in the "Vampire Diaries." She added that the series will move onward four months that would mean dealing with the loss will be surpassed.

Is Elena ready to move on? The upcoming episode 3 of Season 6 reveals that Elena is ready to kiss somebody! And it's definitely not Damon!

Liv (Penelope Mitchell) will be hanging around in the next season. She and her brother Luke (Chris Brochu) may be the ones to blame for Damon's fate. But Liv will not go into hiding. She will hang in the next season and may end up an affair with Tyler.

Do you know where Bonnie and Damon are? Julie Palec, the executive producer of the show told EW that this question will be the mystery lingering in 'The Vampire Diaries' season 6.

In Season 5 finale of "The Vampire Diaries," Alaric returned from the dead. And in the incoming season, he will be following Caroline and Elena in Whitmore as an instructor of Occult Studies.

Fans will also have to wait for a Damon and Elena reunion. Damon earlier revealed to EW that he will get along with Bonnie, but will do his best to comeback to Elena!
