Jeremy Irvine's 'Woman in Black 2': The Horror Intensifies in 2015
After the success of the its first movie, "The Woman in Black" will be having its second installment to premiere on. The movie made $127 million internationally, which made the film as the highest grossing horror film in the past two decades, according to Flicks and Bits.
"The Woman in Black: Angel of Death" is an upcoming 2015 British horror film and will be the sequel to the 2012 film, "The Woman in Black".
The first installment of the movie starred the famous "Harry Potter" actor Daniel Radcliffe. The movie's second installment will star Jeremy Irvine as Harry Burnstow and Helen McCrory as Jean Hogg. Other members of the cast include Adrian Rawlins as Dr. Rhodes, Oakliee Pendergast as Edward, Ned Dnnehy as Old Hermit Jacob, Leilah de Meza as Ruby, Claire Rafferty as Clara, Jude Wright as Tom, , Amelia Pidgeon as Joyce, Pip Pearce as James, Alfie Simmons as Alfie, Casper Allpress as fraser, Amelia Crouch as Flora, Phoebe Fox as Eve Parkins, and Leanne Best as The Woman in Black
The film's sequel is set 40 years after the events in the original film, when a group of children moved from London during the World War II come to remain and encounter a house's darkest occupant. The events will also take place in the same house. In the plot, the children will be behaving oddly one by one. Their schoolteacher, Eve, will find out that the group has risen up a dark force that is more petrifying and malevolent. This leaves Eve to challenge her own fears to save the children and go away from the rage of The Woman in Black.
The film is set to be directed by Tom Harper, with Jon Croker and Susan Hill, serving as writer. "The Woman in Black 2" is produced by Tobin Armburst, Simon Oakes, Ben Holden, and Richard Jackson.
"The Woman in Black: Angel of Death" is produced under Hammer Film Productions and Entertainment One. The film is initially set to be released on January 30, 2015. However, the movie is moved to premiere in theaters and cinemas on January 2, 2015.
