The Assassin’s Creed Experience Takes Another Notch Higher, But Will The Assassin’s Creed Movie Turn As Great As The Game Itself?
The Assassin's Creed Experience Takes Another Notch Higher, But Will The Assassin's Creed Movie Turn As Great As The Game Itself?
Just a few months ago, we have heard that Ubisoft's popular and award-winning the Assassin's Creed game franchise will have a movie adaptation and the release is expected to hit the cinemas on the 7th of August 2015. Is this piece of news for real or is it just to stir up fans? Well, apparently, it is all for real because Michael Fassbender is set to produce the motion picture of the Assassin's Creed and star in it. However, there is no confirmation yet if he will take the lead role as Desmond Miles.
What is more interesting is that gamers and critics alike are wondering how the film will fare since movie versions of popular games that have been released in cinemas have fallen short of expectations. But Fassbender assures everyone that the adaptation will respect the game and will add new elements in the movie. He explained further that the Assassin's Creed movie will be more of a feature film and not as a
game itself.
So, will the Assassin's Creed movie win the approval of gamers? Or will it be a major disappointment? We will soon find out. For now, we'll have to sit and wait for the latest developments on the film and watch out for how the Assassin's Creed movie trailer will look like. While we are doing that, we have the game to keep ourselves busy.
