'Game of Thrones' Spoilers: Subject for Flashback
"Game of Thrones" will return in April 2015 for their Season 5. Most of their fans will be treated to the first HBO fantasy series- a flashback. Up to this point of time, all the action has remained in the fictional present.
However, the executive producers of "Game of Thrones" D.B Weiss and David Benioff revealed that they would go into a character's past for one scene during their new episodes, IBTimes reported.
Moreover, Weiss and Benioff confirmed the flashback during a Q&A session with students in Spain. One of the producers of "Game of Thrones" states that while they are making its first season, they already set a rule which is no dreams, flashbacks and prophecies.
They failed the first two seasons and finally the third season have exciting flashbacks. In connection with this, Weiss and Benioff did not give any details on whom the flashbacks would focus however they say that it would be in the opening scene of the their premier episode. The producers also state the four possibilities that the flashback scene could cover. The first one is about Tyrion Lannister that is being played by Peter Dinklage during the finale of Season 4. As Tyrion started his new life, fans will get to see the different side of his popular character and may require a flashback to learn additional background information.
The second flashback scene is about Cersei Lannister that is being played by Lena Headley as mentioned in Hollywood Life. She is being found guilty of conspiracy and during the flashback scene; Cersei may be having some moments of self reflection that will lead to flashbacks. The third flashback scene is about Tywin Lannister that is being played by Charles Dance in the finale of Season 4. Despite of the fact that Tyrion killed Tywin, the actor is still listed in the IMDB credits. This is one of the clues that the character will return in their new season through flashback.
The fourth flashback scene is about Stannis Baratheon played by Stephen Dillane. Fans will surely love to know how the actor got over the wall and flashback will truly reveal the answer.
What do you think the "Game of Thrones" flashback will cover? Watch their new episode to know the answers.
