'New Girl Season 4' the Girl is Back, another Hilariously Fun is on its Way this September, Premiere Date and Latest Update Now
New Girl is an American Situation Comedy television series created and executive produced by Elizabeth Meriwether. Produced in collaboration with American Nitwits, Chernin Entertainment and 20th Century Fox Television, it began premiering on September 20, 2011 airing on Fox network. The sitcom show has recently been renewed for a 4th Season on March 7, 2014.
The 4th Season premiered last September 16, 2014, where it added a character being portrayed by Damon Wayans Jr. as a new regular of the series.
Actress Jessica Biel and Actor Reid Scott will also be starring as guests in this season, where Biel will be portraying an attractive scientist named Kat who competes with Jess at a wedding, over Reid's character named Ted.
More exciting and funny things are bound to happen this season.
Of course, the season will still include the regular casts of Zooey Deschanel, who portrays the main character named Jessica Day, also known as Jess in the show. She is a teacher from Portland, Oregon, who, in the beginning of the show, was trying to move on from her past relationship.
Actor and Comedian Jake Johnson will still be portraying Nicholas Miller in the series, also known as Nick. He is a law school dropout who came from Chicago. He is also trying to move on from a break up when the show first started.
Lamorne Morris will still play Winston Bishop, also from Chicago, who was said to have been Nick's childhood friend. He is a former basketball player who lost his post while playing for the Latvian Basketball League.
Schmidt is still on on this 4th season, who is being portrayed by actor Max Greenfield. He is Jewish and originally from Long Island, New York. He met the two characters mentioned above as Nick and Winston during college.
"New Girl" has earned several awards and nominations including, five Golden Globe Awards and five Primetime Emmy Awards, and was one of the best comedy shows in 2011.
