'Parenthood' Season 6 Episode 4 Recap, Latest News, Updates, Spoilers: Braverman Family is Finally Moving on
The waiting is over. Zeek made it! Viewers are glad to know that paterfamilias Braverman (Craig Nelson) is on his way to recovery. Hopefully Zeek will last the whole season. But in an interview with executive producer Jason Katims, he mentioned that the last season of "Parenthood" would definitely touch the mortality theme. The question is would it be Zeek? Or Camille? But let's not jump into conclusions just yet.
Maybe after that heart-stopping episode 3, fans would get a little break from crying. Katims did mention in his interview that "pockets of humor and lighter moments" will also be shown in the final season.
But it looks like that won't happen any time soon. In episode 4, "A Potpourri of Freaks," another bad news is looming over the Braverman clan. Separation is the big issue between Julia (Erika Christensen) and Joel (Sam Jaeger). They tried to work things out, but some things aren't meant to be. The challenge now is how to deliver the bad news to the whole family.
Meanwhile, Sarah (Lauren Graham) would be in a position that would be a bit awkward. In this episode, Sarah would meet Sandy (Betsy Brandt), the ex-wife of Hank (Ray Romano). The meeting place wasn't so ideal - Hank's bathroom - and obviously, Hank would have to do a lot of explaining. Are they back together?
The light side of this episode might involve Max and Crosby (Dax Shepard). Max (Max Burkholder) will meet a girl and falls head over heels in 'puppy' love with the girl. This new-found interest of Max makes his parents, Adam (Peter Krause) and Kristina (Monica Potter), a bit melodramatic.
Meanwhile Crosby will try to avoid some Luncheonette problems by looking for Oliver (Tyson Ritter) who is nowhere in sight. 'Parenthood' followers shouldn't miss these heart-warming yet interesting and cute story lines of episode 4 'Potpourri of Freaks'.
And what else can viewers look forward to in the last few episodes of 'Parenthood'?
Well, Julia moves on with her life and rekindles her friendship with an ex-boyfriend; Amber and Hank will have to make tough choices; and finally the family will say good-bye to a love one.
Ron Howard created the "Parenthood" TV series in 2010 under NBC production.
