'Far Cry 4' Release Date: New Trailer Displaying What to Expect from the Game; Set To Release on November 2014
Fans have long been craving for updates about the upcoming "Far Cry 4" release date, and finally, the waiting game is about to end. A month from now, the fourth installment of the game title will be made available to its followers worldwide, specifically on the Nov. 18. The best part about it is that owners of various gaming platforms will gain access to the upcoming title.
As Expert Reviews has reported, the scheduled "Far Cry 4" release date is set on November 18 and as soon as it hits the shelves, those who own the Microsoft Xbox One, the Microsoft Xbox 360, the Sony PlayStation 4, the Sony PlayStation 3, and Windows PC will be able to play the game on their platforms.
According to Young Herald, Ubisoft has decided to include Hurk in the fourth installment of the game title. Those who have played "Far Cry 3" are familiar with him, being a non-playable character that made some appearances in the add-on pack of the third title. In the previous installment, the setting was geared towards a tropical location. Now, players of "Far Cry 4" will see their character in Kryat, which has been described as a Himalayan country.
Young Herald also mentioned that individuals who have pre-ordered the fourth installment of the game series will gain access to its limited version. In addition, they will be given the "Redemption" DLC pack, which is also limited.
In an interview with IGN, Vincent Oullette, the senior level designer of "Far Cry 4," the games map may be similar to the size of the third title but this upcoming game is far "denser." He also explained that, "The main world is roughly the same size as Far Cry 3 but it's a lot more dense in terms of how many activities, points of interest and civilians there are." The designer also dropped some hints about the fourth installment's new arena, which he described as a map that gamers "can play indefinitely."
